Our refund and exchange policy has been made convenient for our customers by the owners to produce a productive relation between developers and consumers. The conditions our customers need to follow in case of any change of mind regarding the product or services include the following:

Exchange Policy:

The procedure of exchange is that you need to acknowledge us about the product, size, or color you want in exchange for the previously purchased product by shipping the intact product back to us (within 7 working days). You’ll get the desired product in exchange and additional charges we’ll be required if there are any variations in price.

Another convenient method of approaching us regarding exchange issues is to send the picture of the product while wearing it along with the tag on it mentioning the details i.e. color, style, size, or whatever it is bothering you about the product. Our team will verify it and approve your request and resolve the matter, shipping the right product of your choice back to you.

Here, you need to know that you have to approach us accordingly within 7 working days for exchange and refund.

Refund Policy:

We approve of the exchange or refund of only one product. The return or exchange of multiple products is not accepted. Moreover, the product should be shipped in its intact form, along with the tags and label with no damage by any aspect. Whereas, customized orders are not exchangeable and refundable. Customers are supposed to pay the shipping cost of returning the product as well as of earlier shipment as our company bears extra shipping charges.

However, the quality control team keeps check and balance of the sizes, color retention, sewing sustainability of each and every product, provided that the products are made with the proper work input of our production team. If you are still unsatisfied with what you have bought then you can claim and highlight any problem regarding it through email.

Refund is not granted under the following circumstances:

  • Altered Product
  • Unintentional purchase of the product

In Case Of Cancellation Of The Order:

If you want to cancel your order, place an order cancellation request within 1 day of order placement and it will be processed within 2 days to refund your payment in the provided account. Order cancellation protocols include:

  • In case if you subject an order cancellation request after 2 days of order placement then 35% of the payment of the whole accumulated order will be charged as the company reserved right.
  • In case if you put the order cancellation request after 4 days of order placement then 50% of the payment of the whole accumulated order will be charged as the company reserved right.

In case if you put the order cancellation request after the 5th day of order placement, this will not be entertained and your request shall be subjected to refusal.

Refund Verification:

Once your refund request has been confirmed, you’ll be given a specific refund approval code which you are supposed to mention on the shipping box before its withdrawal back to the company.

Restocking Fee:

A 10% restocking fee as an initial purchase fee of the merchandise will be charged on customers for the return.

Custom Fee:

Customers have to pay the duty customs, if any, to avoid any crooked processing in the supply of products.
